What is Remote Online Notarization (RON)?

Remote Online Notarization allows you to have documents notarized virtually using secure
video conferencing—no matter where you’re located.

You’ll sign and meet with the notary
online, and your document will be notarized electronically in real time.

How Much Does RON Cost?
Under Florida law, the maximum fee a notary may charge for a remote notarization is $25
per notarial act.

At The Signature Studio, we use BlueNotary, a trusted online platform that facilitates
secure RON sessions and handles document storage, identity verification, and compliance.

Standard RON Fee:
$25 per notarized document (includes platform access, video session, and secure
delivery)

Additional charges may apply if:

Multiple documents are being notarized

Witnesses are needed and provided

There are complications with ID verification

(All fees will be disclosed up front)

Can I Use RON If I’m Outside Florida?
